The SDRA 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday July 3rd from 10am-12pm. Once again, the AGM will be held via Zoom, and the meeting information was shared via email to members. The meeting will be open at least 5 minutes before 10am, and we’ll be starting promptly at 10am. To view the AGM agenda, you can access it on our website here. You can also view the 2020 AGM minutes here. There are a couple of important meeting items to make note of; supporting materials will be sent out one week prior to the meeting:

• We will be making some minor updates to the SDRA constitution.
• We will be introducing a new donation By-law to define how the SDRA handles both monetary and non-monetary donations.
